Aditya is building Augmentio from the conviction that the biggest opportunities in AI aren't the flashy ones — they're the weekly, compulsory, high-stakes paperwork that nobody wants to own. Certified payroll is exactly that: mandatory on every federally funded jobsite, punishing when it's wrong, and served terribly for the small subcontractors who need it most.

A Dakshana Scholar out of Jawahar Navodaya Vidyalaya and an undergraduate at the Indian Institute of Science (IISc), Aditya works at the intersection of applied AI and the messy operational data of real businesses. Augmentio is his answer to a simple question: what if the smallest contractor could have the compliance department only the biggest firms can afford?
